It was a wonderful show. My first time seeing this episode. I was curious if the entire neighborhood suffered that issue and was there previous news disclosing those facts publically? If so, I would think the three young men should have been told this at closing. My b/f and I will be doing this next year ourselves. Luckily he and I will do most of the trades ourselves. We would have never expected in a million years that the problem Tripod suffered on such a small lot, was even possible. I am sorry these men suffered this loss. It was a real eye opener for us!
